Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of Program

● 30 days written notice must be given for cancellation of program.

End of Year Shutdown Period and Public Holidays

● Twins Martial Arts will be shut down for 2 weeks at the end of each year. Our fees are calculated over a 50-week period and averaged out to a weekly fee. This means that fees will continue to be direct debited during the shutdown period. There are no refunds or suspensions during this period. Students will be provided access to pre-recorded classes to complete in their own time. 

● Twins Martial Arts will be closed on all major Australian (Victorian) Public Holidays. There are no refunds or suspensions during public holiday periods. Students can make up classes missed during these days.
