Paid Trial Conditions:

● 2 Weeks of training begins when you do your first class.

● You can attend 1 karate class per week, and unlimited Family Class and Cardio Kickboxing Classes on offer during the trial period. 

● When you join the virtual class, please enter with your child's name to check off attendance.

Ongoing Karate Program Training Fees

● Training Fees payable 1 month in advance and is direct debited monthly, beginning on day of purchase.

 

Making Up Missed Classes

● Must contact Twins Martial Arts Team (info@twinsmartialarts.com.au) before the makeup class to ensure availability.

 

● Missed classes not made up within 30 days will be forfeited. Students who have suspended or downgraded their program cannot do make up classes during this period.

 

Suspending Direct Debit

● One suspension per year.

● 21 days written notice must be given (with Last Day and Returning Date) prior to suspension. After suspension, training fees will revert to current new student fees.

● Suspension period no more than 8 weeks.

● Students who suspend their program may lose their preferred training day/time.

● If no return date is given the suspension of program will be deemed a cancellation and a joining

fee will apply upon returning.

● Direct Debit payments will recommence on a Monday upon returning.

 

Downgrading of Program

● 14 days written notice must be given prior to downgrading of program.

● After the downgrade period training fees will revert to the current new student fee.

Training Fee Increase

● Training fees are subject to increase at the discretion of Twins Martial Arts.

 

Class Nomination

● Students must nominate a regular class or classes to attend each week.

 

Promotional Offers

● Only one promotional offer is valid at a time.
